We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As an Associate, Automation Technical Support supporting the MTO ASPEX Team in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:

1. Apply technical knowledge to test, install, and maintain automation/SCADA systems, including input/output signal hardware, controllers, HMI, networks, communication, database, and software.
2. Support project goals through effective task completion, following established procedures with some decision-making authority.
3. Stay current with advances in automation and SCADA technologies.
4. Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
5. Ensure rigorous quality control and complete all required training.
6. Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization, committing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Bring To Alcon:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 3 Years of relevant experience
