Senior Manager Of Implementation

RxBenefits is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Implementation to lead the onboarding initiatives for key healthcare markets customers within the pharmacy benefits industry. The ideal candidate will orchestrate successful transitions for new clients, ensuring effective implementation of pharmacy benefit management programs and a smooth handoff to ongoing account management. A new role for RxBenefits, initial focus will be on developing partnership, process and a roadmap to onboard hospital clients. The Sr. Manager will also build out a team that includes pharmacy benefits experts with key knowledge most relevant to the unique requirements of strategic markets customers as well as project management professionals who lead great outcomes for our most complex client projects. The Senior Manager of Healthcare Markets will ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients while taking our process and people to the next level.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of client onboarding processes for designated markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Account Management, Operations, and Product, to develop onboarding strategies tailored for strategic markets
  • Develop a deep partnership with the Strategic Markets team, ensuring day-to-day partnership in the sales & support for our Strategic Markets customers; ensuring we operate as one-team in all efforts
  • Develop market-specific onboarding procedures for designated markets (hospital market), leveraging existing tools and processes, and completing regular evaluation of effectiveness
  • Continually analyze team processes/procedures and provide recommendations and solutions for improvement opportunities
  • Build and maintain a performance-based culture
  • Meet KPI goals as defined for team and department
  • Conduct performance monitoring, career path progress, regular one-on-ones, and yearly performance evaluation in support of development of all team members
  • Ensure team maintains current & accurate implementation documents and applies them consistently and correctly in line with defined process
  • Knowledge of RxBenefits products and services, supporting team activity to align client with appropriate needs and implement successfully prior to go-live date
  • Support calls with brokers, clients and PBM Partners related to process or project escalations as needed
  • Partner with Operational Excellence and all Client Operations leadership team members to ensure consistent and effective lines of communication, as well as driving collaboration that enhances our process delivery & the experience for both internal and external customers
  • Guide leaders and team to develop thorough risk management plans, ensuring visibility, partnership and resolution that meet customer expectations for speed and outcomes
  • Actively support the risk management team and process (known as C3) as a Sr. Leader responsible for team readiness and supporting escalation and resolution as needed
  • Lead ongoing business process standardization

Required Skills / Experience Include:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) preferred and 7+ years in benefit implementation or project management with commensurate progressive leadership experience within the pharmacy benefits or healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with hospital and In-house pharmacy set up, clients within pharmacy benefits or healthcare required.
  • Proven success in a client-facing position required.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a client-centric model, contributing to client success by developing deep partnerships with account management and sales leaders
  • Extensive experience developing and implementing implementation procedures for large & complex customers
  • Working proficiency of company standard MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project management software desired (AdaptiveWorks, Asana, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proven analytical skills with a passion for digging through data to enforce business decisions and influence all planning; leveraging insights to develop a strategic roadmap and decisions
  • Exceptional partner in collaboration with other leaders
  • Skilled people coach and leader who can create a culture of accountability & energy
  • Process minded individual who understands the steps necessary to effectively guide a project, maximizing efficiency & quality
  • Proven experience in implementing productivity improvement and process efficiencies
  • Proven record of correlating activities to key business outcomes
  • Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills. Able to work with people of varied technical backgrounds and management levels
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel
  • A passion for learning and a willingness for taking on new challenges

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $96,000 - $120,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
