We're hiring a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale data center build in Montgomery, AL. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who's organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a technician-heavy, fast-paced environment. If you're great with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and enjoy keeping teams aligned and projects moving, this is a great opportunity with long-term potential.

What You'll Do

• Manage calendars and emails using Microsoft Outlook to coordinate meetings and schedules
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track housing, events, and logistics for field teams
• Coordinate housing accommodations for technicians, ensuring timely bookings and updates
• Organize team events, meetings, and group activities
• Serve as the go-to person for organizational needs and team support
• Juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site daily in Montgomery, AL
• Comfortable working in a trailer or construction site environment
• Flexible and resourceful with a positive attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting field teams or construction projects
• Familiarity with technician scheduling or logistics coordination

Schedule

Monday–Friday, typically 7 AM – 4 PM. Occasional flexibility based on project needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
