About the Role
We are seeking a Services Delivery / Customer Success Lead with a strong engineering background and experience in asset integrity management within the Chemicals, Downstream, or Upstream Energy sectors.
This is a cross-functional, client-facing role bridging engineering, project management, and customer success. You'll lead the deployment of Akselos' Digital Twin solutions, ensuring smooth implementation, technical excellence, and measurable value for our clients.
Location: North America (preferably Houston) Reports to: VP Services Delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Akselos' structural Digital Twin projects, ensuring excellence across all delivery stages.
- Act as a trusted advisor to major energy clients, promoting the value of Akselos' technology and services.
- Partner with Sales during pre-sales, scoping, and proposal phases. Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with technical and software teams to adapt solutions to project needs.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Contribute to refining Akselos' delivery methodologies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- Industry Professional: Proven background in asset integrity management within the Chemicals, Downstream, and/or Upstream Energy sectors.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success as a project manager in asset or energy-related fields, managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Tech Understanding: Strong technical understanding of simulation engineering processes and model validation workflows.
- SaaS / Solution Familiarity: Experienced in SaaS solution deployment and formulation in customer-facing environments.
- International Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel internationally to support client and project needs.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Leadership / Proactiveness: Self-motivated, energetic, and team-focused with demonstrated leadership ability in dynamic, customer-facing settings.
- Problem-Solving: Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing technical and operational challenges effectively.
- Integrity & Attitude: A team player with high integrity, professionalism, optimism, and a positive attitude toward innovation and collaboration.
Nice-to-Have
- Background in finite element (FEA) or computational fluid analysis (CFD).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other major languages to support international collaboration.
