1. Provide guidance on services and answer questions related to the company's internal operations through phone and online channels.
2. Analyze, assist, and resolve issues with the company's internal systems or work support equipment.
3. Record, summarize, and follow up on reported issues until they are resolved.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Computer, Information Technology. 2. 1-5 years of experience in the Helpdesk field. 3. Ability to work shifts (5 days a week, working hours 08.00-17.00 and 12.00-21.00).
