Responsible for verifying customer documents, managing broadband installation orders, and troubleshooting technical issues. Provide accurate information and support to customers and technicians, escalate complex issues, maintain expertise in broadband technology, and continuously improve customer support processes.
Job Description:
1. Handling to verify customer application documents. 2. Assist technician and customer for order installation and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. 3. Provide accurate information and technical advice to customers regarding their broadband services. 4. Manage installation order, including updating, change information and resolving issues. 5. Service all customer interactions and support requests in a clear and concise manner. 6. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate technical team for resolution. 7. Maintain a high level of knowledge about broadband technology and related products. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry developments and advancements. 9. Create initiative for improvement in the customer support process. 10. Provide advice, supervise and coach the team on operational issues. 11. Provide recommendations and advice to management on process operations solutions or how to improve performance. 12. Meet and exceed performance targets, such as customer satisfaction and SLAs handling times.
