Currently seeking to incorporate a Customer Service Representative into our team in Cornellá (Barcelona) for a maternity leave replacement contract.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Proactive customer service, ensuring satisfaction.
• Managing customer accounts: maintenance of prices, order number, contracts, payment terms, etc.
• Resolving incidents mainly related to billing.
• Assisting the customer in the use of the web portal and in the management of online orders.
• Collaborating with the credit and collection department to reduce delinquency.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and excellence in service.
• Ability to work in a team and solve problems with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in SAP and Office tools.
• Native Spanish speaker, knowledge of Portuguese is valued.
• Higher education studies will be valued.
