How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the Operational Planning SWE team. Our mission is to guarantee the maximum availability of plants for our customers through high-level planning and technical support. The Technical Support Specialist is the strategic contact point between customer needs and field operations. They identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement measures to reduce plant anomalies.

The resource we are looking for will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Customer needs management: welcome and evaluate customer intervention needs from customer and/or AL monitoring systems in order to prepare the appropriate actions to provide a targeted technical response to the safety of the plants or to solve faults, respecting contractual constraints and company procedures. The resource will also ensure a correct and effective flow of documentation with the Customer.
  • Coordination of field activities: coordinate technical intervention activities on site, activating the necessary resources to manage the fault. Monitor and support remote maintenance activities, overseeing the work of suppliers and/or internal technicians.
  • IT administration of flows: within the customer assistance management activity, the Technical Support Specialist will ensure the traceability of information flows through the use of the SAP Management System, specifically: creation and management of intervention requests, creation and management of Service Orders, management of spare parts, receipt of costs following intervention control reports and checklists, management of information for invoicing.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Degree or technical maturity in Mechanical/Chemical/industrial area
  • Availability to work on shifts (6:45 - 15:45 / 14:45 - 23:15 / 23:00 - 7:00)
  • Knowledge of SAP Operating System, remote sensing systems, Google platform is considered a plus
  • Previous experience in maintenance/technical assistance/plant telemonitoring service companies is considered a preferred requirement
