Your Mission

You will take over qualified telephone customer consultation and process inquiries that come to us by phone, email, and post - including regular orders, returns, pickup orders, and credits.

You are efficient and responsible for organizing the order process.

You will create cost estimates and offers and follow up on them.

You will not only have contact with our patients but also with health insurance companies and clarify certain patient care issues, such as denials of cost coverage.

You will work with the outside sales and technical team so that internal material deliveries can be arranged.

To ensure everything is correct and information is correctly recorded, you will take care of data maintenance for the areas of debtors, equipment, and conditions.

Your Carefluencer Profile

Completed vocational training - preferably from the commercial or healthcare sector, but not a must.

Ideally, first professional experience in the aforementioned field: customer service, sales, or contact center. Newcomers are also welcome!

Knowledge in MS Office and/or experience with the common tools of Google Workspace, knowledge of SAP is advantageous. If you do not have these, we will gladly train you!

You have good communication skills and a structured and efficient working method.

Team capability, flexibility, and organizational skills are important to you – and you bring them along.
