Make a difference | Your mission

• You take over the qualified customer consultation in the telephone processing/care of customer contacts and process inquiries that come to us by phone, email, and post - including regular orders, returns, pickup orders, and credits.
• You work efficiently and are responsible for the organization of the order process.
• It is in your hands to create cost estimates and offers as well as their follow-up.
• You have contact not only with our patients but also with health insurance companies and clarify certain patient care - such as denials of cost coverage.
• You work with the outside sales team & technology, so that internal material deliveries can be arranged.
• So that everything is correct and information is correctly recorded, you take over the data maintenance for the areas of debtors, equipment, and conditions.

People for people | Your Carefluencer profile

• Completed vocational training - preferably from the commercial area or from the health care sector, but not required.
• First professional experience in the aforementioned field: Customer Service, Sales Office, Contact Center.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and/or already experience in the common tools of Google Workspace, knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Should you not bring these with you, we will gladly train you!
• You describe your communication skills as "good" and have a structured and efficient working style.
• Team capability and flexibility as well as organizational skills are important to you - and you bring these with you.
