Your Mission

You will take on the qualified telephone customer consultation and process inquiries that come to us by phone, email and post - including regular orders, returns, pickup orders and credits.

You work efficiently and are responsible for the organization of the ordering process.

It is in your hands to create cost estimates and offers and follow them up.

You have contact not only to our patients but also to health insurance companies and clarify certain patient care - such as refusals of cost coverage.

You work together with the outside sales team & technology so that internal material deliveries can be arranged.

So that everything is correct and information is correctly recorded, you will take care of the data maintenance for the areas of debtors, equipments and conditions.

Your Carefluencer Profile

Completed vocational training - preferably from the commercial sector or from the health sector, but not required.

Ideally, first professional experience in the aforementioned field: customer service, sales office, contact center. Lateral entrants are also welcome!

Knowledge in MS Office and/or already experience in the common tools of Google Workspace, knowledge in SAP is advantageous. If you do not have these, we will gladly train you!

You have good communication skills and have a structured and efficient working method.
