How Will You Contribute and Grow?
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of your key customers:
Revenue and Profit Responsibility: Full responsibility for the financial results of the assigned customer accounts and active management to achieve goals.
Strategic Customer Management: Comprehensive support of large customers for the entire product and service portfolio (gases, systems, analytics) as their central contact person.
Business Development: Identification and generation of new projects and business opportunities (gases, chemicals, infrastructure) based on customer needs.
Contract and Offer Management: Development of sales strategies, monitoring of offer calculations and design of contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Maintenance and deepening of customer relationships at all levels to secure a long-term win-win partnership.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; creation and reporting of market and competitive analyses.
Are You a Match?
Successfully completed studies (FH/University) in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in customer service or sales environment.
Proficient understanding of numbers and confident handling of relevant business KPIs (performance indicators).
Independent and precise working style: You work autonomously, structured and quality-conscious.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to analytically penetrate complex challenges, develop solutions and implement them goal-oriented.
You are communication- and negotiation-strong, possess high motivation, assertiveness and a confident demeanor.
Strong team skills with simultaneous high self-initiative and sense of responsibility.
Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing.
Good user skills in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Mobility: Travel readiness is assumed.
