Representatives must be able to respond to customer questions and navigate through computer based solutions to provide information about orders and manage them effectively. They must be able to prioritize and manage their time well.
The main purpose of this position will be to correspond with industrial, medical and specialty gas customers, answering all customer inquiries as the first point of contact by phone, email and EDI systems. In addition to displaying excellent customer service skills, the incumbent must be able to demonstrate strong administrative and communications skills in a fast paced environment.
