How Will You Contribute And Grow?

Representatives must be able to respond to customer questions and navigate through computer based solutions to provide information about orders and manage them effectively. They must be able to prioritize and manage their time well.

The main purpose of this position will be to correspond with industrial, medical and specialty gas customers, answering all customer inquiries as the first point of contact by phone, email and EDI systems. In addition to displaying excellent customer service skills, the incumbent must be able to demonstrate strong administrative and communications skills in a fast paced environment.

Competencies And Profile

  • Some prior knowledge of industrial experience in welding
  • Proficient with computers
  • Strong working knowledge with Oracle, SaleForce and Google would be considered an asset
  • Experience working in customer service role is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Prioritization and time management is a must

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma required
  • Proficient English and French
  • Oracle experience required (2 years)
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent time management skills
