Account Manager For Respiratory Care
The account manager for Respiratory Care is responsible for business growth within the hospitals in the assigned region (North Brabant/Limburg). In this role, the account manager is expected to grow the company by developing existing client hospitals through maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, managers, nurses, and buyers, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Potential hospitals are identified and transformed into new customers by understanding their needs and leveraging our core offerings and unique selling propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with existing client hospitals to ensure high customer satisfaction and growth.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, provide solutions, and identify opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hospital inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee the proper implementation and follow-up of operational processes within existing client hospitals.
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential new client hospitals, identifying key stakeholders, including doctors, managers, nurses, and buyers.
- Define, develop, and execute sales strategies to convert potential hospitals into new customers.
- Present and demonstrate the value of OSA & Diagnostics offerings to potential hospitals.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential hospitals.
- Performance and Competition:
- Monitor and report on sales performance using SalesForce, understand customers and market conditions/developments/trends.
- Define, follow up on, and adjust customer action plan goals based on data and performance.
- Have a clear overview of the market to identify competitors, trends, and opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market insights.
- Collaboration:
- Report directly to the Respiratory Business Unit Manager. Together, work on new offerings, optimize processes, and customer strategy.
- Collaborate with ALHC nurses and the customer service team to ensure excellent customer and patient support.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop new offerings, improve digital products, and implement promotional materials and campaigns, providing input on new product features and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within healthcare or home care.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a solid understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Behaviors: Hunter/competitive mindset, customer-oriented and patient-oriented, proactive and solution-oriented, friendly and reliable.
- Languages: Dutch as a native language and fluent in English.
