Strategic Accounts Customer Support Specialist

Airgas is Hiring for a Strategic Accounts Customer Support Specialist position in Germantown, WI!

Airgas is seeking individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated attention to detail, creative problem solving skills, and a positive team player who wants to contribute to the success of their team. As a Strategic Accounts Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for managing accounts while working directly with customers and sales representatives.

As a Strategic Accounts Customer Support Specialist your responsibilities will include:

  • Support for customer requests which will include processing orders, generating quotes, completing emails, product research and identification.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and creatively solving customer issues and concerns while creating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Utilizing various applications for order processing such as integrated customer portals, EDI, and eCommerce.
  • Managing, organizing and prioritizing workload to maximize completion of daily responsibilities. Proactively manage all open items to completion.
  • A high level of initiative, curiosity and potential to go beyond the described role as the team responsibilities evolve.
  • Special duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service/sales experience or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
