A new position has arisen in the A400M Customer Services Controlling Team.
Planning, control and monitoring of contracts (Revenues, P&L, Cash in, Cost). Management of the EAC (estimate at completion) of the contracts. Reporting: preparation of reports including quantitative and qualitative information that supports decision-making. Risk and opportunity management. Acting as integrator of the complete A400M CS reporting & consolidation topics (reporting closing, FC, OPs, FACTS+ analysis, DPR, Qlik...) Acting as transversal responsible integrator for all the requests or projects impacting A400M CS topics, preparing the finance status and presenting to the Board with the Head of TASA Management of audits by external consultants (EY) or public entities (GEC- Cost Evaluation Group of the Spanish Ministry of Defence) Accounting support to the financial controlling A400M CS team Profit Sharing annual calculation for A400M CS perimeter
For this position, it is very important to have a solid knowledge of the business, ease of working in an international environment and also control and management of financial information systems. Main characteristics of this position: Transnational environment. A400M Services is a transnational program, in which colleagues of all nationalities deal with each other on a daily basis. Additionally, many activities/contracts have a local presence so the work requires very frequent contact with different entities/subsidiaries ADS SAS (FRANCE), AMUK (Great Britain), ADS Gmbh (Germany Ulm, Manching), etc. Conflicts management, because it is necessary to work with different areas and different views: Programme, Functions, Center of Competences, FEX, taxes, accounting, legal, and consolidation. Consolidation view integrating information from several SAP systems: Perfect alignment with all the controllers in order to ensure the information in the Management Reporting Tool of the company (MRT) Contracts under Price Transparency: the contracts are subject to Price Audit so the cost allocation and costs control is key Solid knowledge of accounting rules
