As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key supporting role in the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. Your focus will be on coordinating workflows, keeping Jira boards up to date, and ensuring communication flows seamlessly across teams. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position – ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, solving small problems before they grow, and helping teams stay on track. This is not a Project Manager position, but rather an operational support role with a focus on coordination and execution. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with multiple teams based in San Francisco and Lisbon.
