About The Role

Responsible for managing fixed-income portfolios to maximize return within investment policies and objectives of AIA and its clients.

Client Service Excellence

• Serve as the primary contact for AIA Life, building and maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship. Understand and address AIA Life's requirements and needs.
• Cooperate/coordinate with AIA Life and IAMC on various level mandates' setting and implementation.
• Cooperate/coordinate with AIA Life and IAMC on ALM, investment budgeting & planning, SAA review, TAA implementation & monitoring, liquidity management, as well as product promotion support.
• Provide timely and comprehensive updates to AIA Life on investment performance, portfolio positioning, and market developments to ensure transparency and trust.

Governance and Control

• Set up the governance and control framework associated with client service activities.
• Ensure effective execution on the relevant policies and procedures to compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Continuous Improvement

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve client service processes, leveraging technology and industry best practices.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends and client needs.
• Complete other tasks assigned.
