We're seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead an engagement with a major pharmaceutical organization. In this role, you'll serve as the strategic bridge between our client's leadership and our internal teams, driving cohesive marketing strategies across global markets and diverse audiences.
You will own strategic client relationships, lead senior-level consultations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Your ability to inspire collaboration, synthesize complex insights, and guide organizational change will be critical to success.
· Leadership & Mentoring: Proven experience leading and developing cross-functional teams in matrix environments
Senior Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and navigate complex organizational structures
· Strategic Thinking: Track record of translating market insights into cohesive strategies and actionable plans
· Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional presenter and facilitator skilled at leading workshops, conducting consultations, and building consensus across diverse groups
· Market Understanding: Strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, HCP/HCC engagement behaviors, and global market nuances (pharmaceutical sector preferred)
· Data Interpretation: Comfortable analyzing and presenting performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
· Change Leadership: Experience guiding organizational adoption of new strategies, processes, or initiatives
· 5–7 years of experience in strategic client management, campaign leadership, or digital strategy within healthcare or related sectors
· Global Perspective: Demonstrated experience advising or coordinating across multiple, geographically diverse markets
