Warehouse Customer Support Associate

The Warehouse Customer Support Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and inventory within the warehouse environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and computer skills to manage inventory control using RF Guns and effectively communicate with multiple departments to maintain synchronized inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill work orders by pulling parts using RF Guns for inventory control.
• Collaborate closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are always in sync and materials flow smoothly.
• Conduct cycle counting and ensure accurate material stocking.
• Ensure materials are correctly allocated for Repair Orders and Sales Orders.
• Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.

Essential Skills

• Strong computer skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, and related software.
• Proficiency in data entry, inventory control, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Previous warehouse experience and good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment.

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
