The individual will be responsible for:
- Administer Systems: Manage and maintain our servers and networks, both on-premise and in the cloud. You will be responsible for our hybrid identity environment, using both Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Manage Our Cloud: You will deploy and monitor all our virtual machines, storage, and networking on Microsoft Azure, making sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Secure Devices: Use Microsoft Intune to manage our devices and endpoints. You will set up security policies and handle deployments to keep our systems safe.
- Boost Security: Work with security tools like Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview to protect our environment.
- Provide Support: You will be the go-to person for technical issues, offering L1/L2 support for desktops and cloud services. You will also troubleshoot problems in our Citrix and VDI environments.
