Your tasks:

• Independently handling customer support tasks
• Responsible for quote generation and order processing
• Data and system maintenance of SAP and CRM systems
• Delivery time monitoring
• Monitoring of trade compliance guidelines

• Both telephone and written support for B2B customers
• Support for upselling products and product-related services
• Regular internal information exchange as well as with customers about the status of ongoing orders
• Close cooperation with internal departments and international locations to optimize the customer experience

Your profile:

• Technical or commercial university degree and extensive experience in international sales/customer service
• Good SAP or equivalent ERP system knowledge
• High affinity for working with IT systems (SAP, PowerBI, SFDC,...)
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Proactive and independent action
• Interest in technical products and understanding desirable
• Strong communication skills in speech and writing
• Ability to navigate a dynamic work environment
• Team skills and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, structured, paperless working
• Fluent German and English, other languages are advantageous

The position is full-time in Metzingen.
