We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

We have a fantastic opportunity for an EMEA Group Channel Account Manager to join our Channel Sales Team based in Berlin or Munich.

Digital Media: This is a seriously exciting place to be. Our digital media business includes our creative cloud (CC) and document cloud (DC). Our objective for CC is to empower creativity for all. To achieve this, we're developing more web-based platforms for increased accessibility. We have free tools for content creation with premium upgrades - check out Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly. And we're integrating generative AI across the CC suite of tools. DC also continues to go from strength to strength with Acrobat, PDF, Sign, Scan and Forms. With DC we're improving business efficiency and profitability whilst promoting more environmentally friendly business practice.

What you'll do:

You will promote and sell Adobe's groundbreaking CC and DC products by developing strategic partnerships with one of our EMEA Reseller Partners. This role plays a crucial part in our mission to keep achieving double-digit growth. It directly contributes to one of the most strategically important areas within Adobe.

You will play a key role in:

1. Market Development & Partner Strategy

  • Build and complete strategic business plans with key partners ensuring alignment with Adobe's objectives and local market needs.

2. Collaborator Engagement & Enablement

  • Get agreement from internal teams (sales, marketing, enablement) and external partners (distributors, resellers).
  • Orchestrate (internal & external) virtual partner teams across geographies.
  • Support partner enablement programs, training, and joint marketing initiatives to amplify impact.

3. Accountability & Execution

  • Ensure accountability, working closely with channel partners and monitor performance. In addition, analyze critical metrics and adjust tactics to improve results.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear success metrics (e.g., revenue growth, retention, partner onboarding, Adobe market share expansion).
  • Provide regular business reviews, market insights, and recommendations to leadership.

4. Innovation & Local Relevance

  • Promote Adobe's latest solutions (e.g., generative AI in CC, Acrobat Sign) and adapt offerings to local needs.
  • Support partners in developing localized solutions and marketing campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Several years of proven experience in channel sales, business development, and partner management across the EMEA region.
  • Proficiency in English and German is mandatory; additional European languages like French are a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and business insight with the ability to drive growth through indirect channels.
  • Solid understanding of digital media, SaaS solutions, and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and cooperative abilities, allowing for effective engagement with various groups such as sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and positive relationships across diverse cultures, while influencing collaborators and delivering results.
  • Proven capability to lead virtual teams and manage collaborators across multiple geographies.
  • Highly organized and dedicated, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly as required.
  • Alignment with Adobe's values: Create the future. Own the outcome. Raise the bar. Be genuine.

As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you'll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world. You'll be surrounded by colleagues who are committed to helping each other grow through our unique Check-In approach where ongoing feedback flows freely. If you're looking to make an impact, Adobe's the place for you.
