Adobe Creative Sales Account Management Specialist

The Challenge: The CSAM Sales Specialists (Customer Success Account Management) support Adobe sales teams by advising on sales stages and pipeline. Digital Sellers needed for Adobe's SMB customers to upsell and cross-sell Cloud-based Solutions.

What you'll do as a CSAM:

  • Develop an understanding of Adobe's Digital Media line of products and lead with value-led conversations with customers for these solutions.
  • Establish a value-based relationship with new & existing Adobe SMB customers.
  • Drive Up-sell & Cross-sell by prioritizing accounts with the highest propensity to buy by clearly defining the ideal customer profile and contacting them via phones & emails.
  • Improve Revenue by implementing Marketing Qualified Leads with a defined SLA.
  • Examine customer contracts and purchase history in Adobe's systems and external sources to identify account growth potential.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists to improve the footprint of growing Adobe Solution streams like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, Frame.io, etc.
  • Engage, as required, with the supporting functional teams to resolve issues raised by customers related to their Creative Cloud Subscriptions.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proficient in Japanese language. English skill is preferred.
  • Should have outstanding verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
  • Ideal candidate: passionate about inside sales, believing it's the present and future.
  • Must be comfortable engaging in conversations with customers and discussing Adobe solutions. Also, must be enthusiastic about making outbound sales calls to connect with multiple customers/accounts.
  • Requires 3+ years experience in sales, account management, and business development roles.
  • Experience in product/sales enablement will be an added advantage.
