Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager

Adecco is seeking a driven and people-focused Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients while delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions and exceptional service to both clients and candidates. This is a dynamic, relationship-focused position where you will play a key role in driving growth, maintaining strong partnerships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews, providing insights and service updates
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through tailored workforce solutions

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
  • Screen and interview candidates aligned to client requirements
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future demands

Candidate Care

  • Provide a high level of support and engagement throughout the candidate lifecycle
  • Drive retention through consistent communication and recognition initiatives

Service Delivery & Coordination

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Payroll and the National Account Manager
  • Ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication between stakeholders

Issue Resolution

  • Respond to client and candidate queries in a timely manner
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain service quality

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Achieve revenue, growth, and retention targets
  • Target key organisations to support market expansion and new business
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and client engagement strategies

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare reports and updates for the National Account Manager
  • Provide insights and feedback to support continuous improvement of processes and service delivery

About You

• Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or a client-facing role

• Previous experience in Blue Collar recruitment

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Results-driven with a focus on service excellence and growth

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and a strong team player
