Account Manager

Adecco is now seeking a driven and business-oriented Account Manager who will be a key player in our organization, driving business development.

As an Account Manager with us, you will actively work on sales, with a primary focus on identifying and processing new business clients in your local market. You are expected to build relationships with decision-makers at all levels of our designated prospects, with the aim of selling our entire offering in staffing and recruitment services. Additionally, you may work on identifying opportunities to broaden our existing collaborations, for example, by exploring new departments or business areas with already established clients.

You will independently drive and develop your customer base and pipeline forward, and be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to signed contract. In close collaboration with your colleagues in recruitment and consulting, you will ensure that you deliver solutions that meet the needs of your customers and strengthen their operations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and establish new customer relationships
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable, long-term customer relationships
  • Work advisory and offer customized consulting and recruitment solutions based on the customer's needs
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability in deliveries
  • Work closely with our consulting managers and recruitment consultants to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to developing our sales strategy and business processes

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Good experience in B2B sales within the service sector
  • Experience in prospecting and new customer processing with documented good results
  • A strong business network that you can capitalize on through professionalism and business acumen
  • Experience in processing customers and decision-makers in leading positions
  • B-driving license and experience in driving in service

It is meritorious if you have previous experience from the recruitment and staffing industry, particularly in the public sector.

As a person, you are results-focused, possess high professionalism, and have a natural inclination to build trust. You are passionate about creating new business opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships and always give the little extra to meet your customers' needs and expectations. Furthermore, you are used to working methodically, structured, and with a high activity level. You are persistent and find new ways and methods independently to drive your work forward.

The position is full-time with location in Gothenburg. Applicants should be residents of Gothenburg or within a convenient commuting distance. Start immediately.
