We are looking for a sales-driven and purpose-led Client Account Manager with up to 4 years of experience in financial services or fintech. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in sales and client relationship management, who are passionate about private markets and alternative investments.

As a Client Account Manager, you will cultivate relationships with accredited investors, manage a diverse client portfolio, and help drive user adoption of ADDX's investment platform. You'll also play a key role in providing feedback to continuously enhance our digital client experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, account management, relationship management, or investment advisory.
• Background in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or investment platforms strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and growing investor relationships.
• Exposure to traditional and alternative investment products (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, structured products).
• Familiarity with client execution processes and investment compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence and build rapport with high net-worth individuals.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
