Technical Operations Coordinator
Addison Group is hiring a Technical Operations Coordinator for our client. This role sits between operations and technology, supporting tools and processes that power advertising workflows. The position focuses on improving efficiency through automation, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting internal teams with system-related needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support, monitor, and improve automated workflows and internal tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Assist in building and testing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Document processes, systems, and technical updates clearly
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Provide technical support to operations and sales teams as needed
- Help coordinate testing and deployment of new tools and enhancements
Qualifications include:
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and systems
- Exposure to or experience with programming languages (Python, TypeScript, or similar preferred)
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and proprietary systems
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Experience in a professional office environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Backgrounds in technical fields, media/advertising, political campaigns, or fast-paced customer-facing roles are all applicable
Additional details include:
- Start Date: April 13th (cohort-based training; all hires start together)
- Contract Length: Through November 2026
- Pay Progression: $17.95/hr for first 400 hours; increases to $20/hr thereafter
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship through November 2026
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Training Requirement: No time off permitted during the first two weeks of training
- Overtime: May be required during peak periods
- Pre-planned time off must be disclosed prior to hire
