Location: Fargo, ND
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt
Compensation: $24 - $28 / hour

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our client to manage customer orders from quote to close-out. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and a smooth project experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about order status, delivery schedules, and punch list resolutions.
- Assist with pricing, specifications, and quoting.
- Work with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Prepare installation packets and coordinate with operations.
- Schedule and manage key project meetings and timelines.
- Ensure timely project close-out and resolution of AR/AP issues.
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High-level customer service skills.
