Position Overview

Addison Group is hiring for a fast-paced healthcare call center project in San Antonio, TX. This is a contract-to-hire role. We're seeking candidates with strong customer service skills, call center experience, and familiarity with healthcare processes and terminology who are seeking a long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to patient scheduling and healthcare inquiries.
  • Deliver clear, compassionate communication to patients and caregivers.
  • Accurately document call details and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable discussing healthcare-related topics with professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Details

  • Start Dates: 10/13 or 10/20
  • Remote capability: work from home option after completing training successfully
  • Training: 3 weeks (2 weeks classroom, 1 week on the floor), schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Schedule After Training: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Overtime Policy: May require weekly overtime + voluntary opportunities
