Oversee and perform end-user hardware equipment repairs and redeployment or decommissioning activities as needed.
Perform intake, provisioning, and inventory management of their owned hardware equipment and general business application software and related licenses (e.g., Google chromebook licenses, MS Office, Acrobat, etc.).
Manage, troubleshoot and coordinate vendor servicing for network telecommunications, network copier/printers and related solutions.
Maintain accurate records of in-service, repair, broken and decommissioned assets in asset management systems and software systems (e.g., Google Workspace & Asset Tiger, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.); work with campuses to maintain campus inventory records.
Back-up to G-suite administrator for end-user and device additions/deletions/changes.
