Location: Dallas, TX
Salary Range: $40K-$60K
We are looking to bring on a Help Desk candidate from a Tier I-Tier II perspective. This team helps support 300+ users ranging from corporate business users to field support. We support an average of 30-50 tickets a week providing top quality customer service. Support experience within O365 (MS Office, AD, Outlook, etc.), Windows, VPNs, and mobile support (Android/iOS) will be needed. Any experience with OSPF layers or certifications within Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) and/or CompTIA A+ would be a plus.
Personality-wise we need a self-starter and someone who is eager to continually learn.
