Customer Service Sap Data Management
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of a growing biotech organization seeking a customer service representative with SAP data management experience. This team supports high-volume customer service/commercial operations and plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy that directly impacts the customer experience.
Job Description
The customer service data management role supports customer-facing operations by managing and resolving data and order-related issues within SAP and integrated systems. This role blends customer service, order management, and master data responsibilities and requires a commercially minded professional who understands how system data impacts sales, pricing, and fulfillment. This is a hands-on role supporting internal customer service teams and resolving issues that ultimately affect external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain customer and material master data within SAP and connected platforms
- Process and troubleshoot high-volume order entry, pricing discrepancies, and customer-impacting issues
- Serve as first-line support for tickets and requests from customer service and commercial teams
- Manage customer structures including sold-to, ship-to, bill-to, and payer relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, supply chain, and operations
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and continuous process improvement efforts
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of customer service experience with SAP
- Experience supporting master data integration and synchronization across platforms to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and continuity
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Experience troubleshooting customer-facing issues within ERP systems
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
