Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a team dedicated to supporting diagnostic and laboratory solutions. In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience. This role offers a hybrid schedule. Additional in-office days may be required during training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email
• Enter and update orders accurately within internal systems
• Track, trace, and follow up on order status
• Manage returns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• Submit incomplete orders for processing and review
• Create and maintain work orders in system platforms
• Work with vendors to process RMAs and repairs; obtain customer approvals for charges
• Document and share quality-related improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment that still requires detailed, high-touch interactions
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 is a plus
• Other: Comfortable working with metrics, handling multiple tasks, and maintaining accuracy; stable work history preferred
