An Addison Group client is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Bensalem office. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position, working fully onsite.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will support logistics operations by providing efficient customer service, accurate data entry, and proactive collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prompt and accurate data entry of customer orders into the system
• Monitor driver deliveries and pick-ups for on-time performance
• Prepare tracking reports to ensure smooth logistics management
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge base of customers and their needs
• Build and maintain customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
• Understand and comply with rail carriers and piers operational procedures
• Collaborate with Dispatchers to prevent and resolve logistical issues
• Liaise with the Revenue Team to retain and develop business opportunities
• Proactively trace and monitor loads to prevent issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or logistics is preferred
• Strong data entry and communication skills
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of logistics or transportation operations is a plus
