Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing client orders, managing requests for materials, and coordinating pricing and rebate information. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify client orders, invoices, and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
  • Coordinate requests for samples or marketing materials, track approvals, and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Maintain records of inventory, materials, and order status.
  • Compile pricing and rebate information, request approvals, and assist with payment processing.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain well-organized files, logs, and administrative documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using office technology (phones, scanners, printers, etc.).
