Client Services Specialist
We are seeking a Client Services Specialist (CSS) to join our client's New Mexico team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service, supporting benefit enrollment, and building long-term relationships with clients. The CSS will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and other team members to deliver white-glove service, facilitate billing/enrollment processes, and ensure smooth client experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducting quarterly onsite visits.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with benefit enrollment, billing, and reconciliation using internal benefit/CRM systems.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and communications in support of client needs and the Regional Sales Manager.
- Provide professional, white-glove service with a personable and polished presence.
- Travel 40–50% within territory; minimal overnight travel.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (insurance or benefits preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and personable style.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel (functions, formulas, VLOOKUPs).
- Willingness to travel independently to client sites.
- Ability to build trust quickly and manage client relationships effectively.
Preferred:
- Insurance/benefits industry experience.
- Group One Life and Health License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
