Job Description:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will support customers by phone, assisting them with account-related questions and exploring available solutions. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and involves handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls in a structured call center setting. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure employees feel confident navigating systems, understanding processes, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers
  • Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
  • Review customer information and provide clear, accurate guidance
  • Enter and update account details within internal systems
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Dependable with strong attendance and communication skills

Additional Details:

  • Full-time schedule: 10:30am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday
  • Occasional Saturday shift may be required based on business needs
