Job Description

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business development and managing client relationships in the manufacturing and industrial services space. This hybrid role involves a mix of in-office work, field travel to job sites, and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, project leads, and contractors
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure timely fulfillment of job orders
  • Visit client sites to assess needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements tailored to client requirements
  • Track sales activities and pipeline progress in a CRM system
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a focus on delivering results

Qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience; staffing or manufacturing-related sales strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing labor market or skilled trades hiring
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfortable traveling up 50-75% of the time
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales practices

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid role based in Nashville or Knoxville (Knoxville preferred)
  • Travel required to client offices and job sites within the region
