Project Coordinator
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the engineering and project management teams at the St. Louis site of a leading global medical device manufacturer known for its innovation, employee growth, and collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage engineering change orders (ECOs)
- Ensure timely approvals and escalate delays as needed
- Act as liaison between Project Management and Engineering
- Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
- Identify and escalate project roadblocks
- Proactively follow up to drive resolution
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
- Provide hands-on support for project-related tasks

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination (preferably in medical devices, manufacturing, or engineering)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project, Excel, JIRA, etc.)
- Familiarity with change order processes and engineering documentation
- Continuous improvement mindset; lean principles a plus
Work Environment
The role is based onsite in Hazelwood, MO, offering 2 weeks PTO, 10 holidays, and 1 floating holiday. The work environment fosters real-time coordination and hands-on problem-solving, ensuring effective project execution and communication.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
