Implementation and Patient Onboarding Specialist
Location: Onsite in Plymouth, MN
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Start between 7–9 AM
Contract: 9-month contract-to-hire
About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and personable Implementation and Patient Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term career growth in a dynamic healthcare operations environment. You'll be fully embedded with 10–15 clinical sites, overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth patient onboarding. You'll also make patient calls to gain deeper insights into their experience and build your understanding of the company's mission and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned clinical sites
- Manage inventory and troubleshoot site-specific issues
- Investigate and resolve performance discrepancies (e.g., high patient decline rates)
- Maintain strong relationships with site contacts and internal teams
- Make patient calls to gather feedback and enhance company knowledge
- Gather patient updates and ensure accurate data collection
- Prepare for and participate in 1–2 client calls daily
- Monitor site performance and generate reports using Excel
- Collaborate closely with RX specialists for data entry and reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in operations, client services, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in healthcare or clinical research is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data
- Must be onsite in Plymouth, MN
- A desire to grow within the company and take on increasing responsibility over time
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.50/hr.
