The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for the negotiation, creation, approval, and implementation of national projects. These responsibilities include project development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, up-selling, and invoicing. The CSM must also manage all related financial activities within Product Connections process while providing a high level of service to client representatives and co-workers and assisting the organization in achieving a service excellence culture.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Highly experienced in retail operations and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
