We're looking for a Project Coordinator – PMO Track to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.

What You'll Do

Support of the central PMO in managing project portfolios (e.g. 60+ projects and 30+ available resources);

Creation and monitoring of project plans, mapping gaps in availability/skills/involvement;

Monitoring of provisioning actions, payments, technical integration, and other implementation steps;

Highlighting issues/risks and proposing solutions or adjustments to plans;

Close collaboration with delivery managers, technical leads, and operations;

Gradual assumption of selected projects as project manager.
