Are you ready for the next step in your career as a SAP Support Analyst? Support SAP ByD cloud environment in alignment with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) with a strong emphasis on communication with German-speaking users. The role requires functional SAP background but does not include technical coding or functional work. Choose Accenture and make delivering innovative work part of your extraordinary career!

Your mission:

  • Receive and process incidents and requests in the SAP ByD product area.
  • Coordinate resolution with technical teams and monitor SLA compliance.
  • Prepare support performance reports and suggest process improvements.
  • Handle incidents or requests for EU based users
  • Collaborate with Offshore team in resolving non-EU requests.
  • Participate in regular ITIL review meetings.

Who you are:

  • Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI) from a user or consultant perspective. (SAP FI is a plus)
  • Experience with ITIL processes – certification is a plus.
  • German language – minimum B2/C1 level.
  • English language – working proficiency.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) – Nice to Have
  • Experience in Service Management - Nice to Have
