What you will do on a daily basis:

  • Attend to requests and calls from the client’s employees such as: Support of 1st and 2nd level use of client systems;
  • Analysis of eligibility and documents for reimbursement;
  • Collection of documents for legal defense;
  • Verification of submitted documents.

Additionally, it is required:

  • No requirement for a complete higher education;
  • Good communication skills, ability to negotiate with the client;
  • Intermediate Excel level.
