Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and performance evaluation to drive successful project execution and foster continuous improvement within the team.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration.
- Strong understanding of application server architecture and deployment.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of Weblogic applications.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation of server management tasks.
- Knowledge of security best practices for application server environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
