Application Tech Support Practitioner

Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also involve interpreting complex issues and designing tailored resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge, contributing to the overall quality and reliability of our services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: F5; AWS; Azure; GCP; Load balancer; Paloalto; Automation; Ansible; Python; Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
  • Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
  • Ability to implement and manage network monitoring solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
