Scope of responsibility covers the territory of 3-4 voivodeships.

We are open to any locations/candidates' place of residence.

Duties on the position:

  • Conducting effective substantive promotion of the assigned preparations in the subordinate territory.
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and billing departments, building AbbVie's reputation as a professional company providing the highest quality products, health solutions, and service.
  • Achieving the set sales goals.
  • Participating in additional projects within the company.
  • Implementing the marketing strategy objectives actively using promotional materials.
  • Monitoring the market activities of competitive entrepreneurs and sharing information with the team and direct supervisor.
  • Actively monitoring tenders in all hospitals in the area of work based on publicly available information (for people working in hospitals).
  • Regularly monitoring the use of contracts in all hospitals in the area of work in the given therapeutic area based on publicly available information and NFZ reports.
  • Achieving the promotional budget according to the assumptions.
  • Cooperation with external customers and involving them in company projects within the region/product group.
  • Co-organizing promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, and congresses in the region, as well as supporting central activities.
  • Processing actions in the field of documentation, information, and communication with customers.
  • Preparing the Regional Business Plan and discussing it regularly with the supervisor.
  • Openness to changes in the structure caused by the requirement of the strategy.
  • Timely settlement of expenses, initiation of all activities in the required systems in accordance with compliance rules.

Expectations:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to work with drug programs.
  • Communication skills.
  • Medical and product knowledge and market knowledge.
  • Territory and customer management.
  • Higher education.
  • Driving license.
