To fill a vacant position, we announce a competition for the position of Manager of Supply Chain Planning and Customer Service.
Main tasks:
- Control the availability of drugs in the company's warehouse for the uninterrupted delivery to customers
- Timely inform employees about delays and deviations related to deliveries and production
- Interaction with employees of the global supply chain department and local production sites to update and monitor supply plans within a fixed production cycle
- Participation in the monthly sales and operations planning process (Demand Review, S&OP), providing the necessary reporting for meetings within the sales and operations planning process
- Regular and timely formation of reporting on indicators related to inventory management efficiency and customer service level
- Control of the design change process of packaging components
- Control of the timely processing of orders from distributors, creation and entry of orders in the SAP system, coordination of shipment dates with the distributor and timely informing warehouse employees of customer orders for shipment planning, conduct of claims work.
Profile of a successful candidate:
- Higher education, preferably in the field of: Logistics/International Economics/Supply Chain Management
- International certification (e.g., CSCP ASCM or similar) will be an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, supply planning and/or demand, logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry or FMCG. Experience in team management from 3 years
- Knowledge of Excel, SAP, and PowerBI will be an advantage
- Ability to independently structure work (your own and the team's)
- Ability to build relationships with adjacent functions
- Willingness to take responsibility and make independent decisions
- Ability to advocate for your point of view under pressure
- Ability to be multi-tasking and prioritize
