The Position

The position will be filled at our Wetzlar location - Abbott Medical GmbH in the Vascular department. Abbott Vascular offers innovative, minimally invasive products for the treatment of vascular diseases.

Your Tasks:

  • Order processing, invoicing, returns and claims processing
  • Inventory management, including consignee warehouse management, inventory processing, and expired goods control
  • Ensuring the timely processing of all orders, deliveries, returns, etc. for the German sales organization
  • Responsibility for the coordination and leadership of all activities of the Customer Service employees as well as the development of the assigned employees

Your Qualification:

  • Completed university degree or comparable vocational training and several years of experience in the customer service sector
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Strong team and customer orientation as well as experience in project management
  • Good SAP R/3 knowledge and secure handling of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Very good German and good English language skills
